Return Policy

Returns and or exchanges will be accepted for defective merchandise only-UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS, NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE TO OUR RETURN POLICY.
1. Manufacture defects will be accepted as returns.
2. Any item(s) for return must be in its original packaging along with all its tags. It must be received in new, unworn and unwashed condition. It must not smell like cigarette smoke, pet dander, odor and or perfume, etc. or your refund will not be accepted.
3. Any product(s) altered from its original packaging and without tags will not be accepted as returns.
4. All returns must be notified within 5 business days upon receipt of merchandise.
5. Approval for all returns is based on inspection of defective merchandise upon receipt.
6. For any and all returns we will issue a credit towards your next order and or in certain case a full refund will be given back on the credit card used for purchase.
7.Shipping and handling fees are non refundable.
8. Allow 7-10 business days to process all returns.

You must receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER for your return, which needs to be put clearly on the outside of the package also. Please use tracking when sending items in.
